Bookings are confirmed with a 30% deposit and, in line with our rental terms, we are unable to offer free cancellation — the deposit is non-refundable. If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Exclusive use of your villa and all facilities on the estate — spa, sauna, Turkish bath, gym, golf practice green, bocce, volleyball and table tennis — plus bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Your host Igor is reachable 24/7. Pool heating, chef service and transfers are available at extra cost.
The nearest beaches are about 20 minutes away, Pula airport 25 minutes, Rovinj 30 minutes and Pula Arena 30 minutes by car.
Yes — the villas share one estate and can be combined for larger groups, up to 36 guests. 25 October – 30 November is the window when all three are free at once.
